When you create an account on Trade Pandit, we collect your name, email address, and 10-digit mobile number for two-factor authentication and security verification. For experts, we additionally collect regulatory identification (such as PAN, Aadhaar, and banking payout credentials) strictly for identity and payout compliance.
2. How Your Data is Used
Your contact information is utilized to deliver real-time trade signal alerts via Web Push, Telegram Webhooks, and WhatsApp Bot notifications. We do not sell or rent user personal data to third-party telemarketers or external brokerages.
3. Security & Financial Transactions
All wallet top-ups and UPI interactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption adhering to PCI-DSS standards. We do not store debit card PINs or banking passwords on our platform servers.
4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
You may request complete account deactivation and deletion of identifying data at any time by contacting our dispute desk at privacy@tradepandit.in. Transaction history required under Indian financial taxation laws is retained securely for the statutory period.
